Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant to serve as the right hand to both the President and Vice President. This individual will play a vital role in helping leadership stay organized, maintain accountability across teams, and execute administrative and research tasks as assigned.
You will be responsible for entering verbal or messaged requests into tracked tasks within Monday.com, ensuring that all assignments are actively updated, followed through, and completed. This role requires strong attention to detail, persistence, and excellent follow-through, especially in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities.

Responsibilities:
• Serve as a direct support to the President and VP by managing requests sent via MS Teams, email, or conversation.
• Accurately enter tasks into Monday.com and update status regularly based on progress or new instructions.
• Conduct targeted research on topics, compile results, and summarize findings for leadership.
• Follow up with internal team members to confirm task progress and deadlines.
• Make calls and send emails on behalf of leadership with professionalism and clarity.
• Keep running lists of open tasks, upcoming deadlines, and priorities that require executive attention.
• Assist in preparing notes, reports, or summaries for team meetings or strategy sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.

Qualifications
• Highly proficient in Monday.com, Microsoft Teams, and remote communication tools.
• Excellent writing, documentation, and communication skills.
• Organized and structured in how you manage tasks, time, and deliverables.
• Persistent in following up and ensuring tasks are fully completed – never leaving things halfway done.
• Self-directed and reliable; you don’t need micromanagement to stay on track.
• Prior experience in executive assistance, nonprofit operations, or virtual coordination is highly preferred.

Time Commitment: This is a voluntary, part-time position with an estimated weekly time commitment is roughly 7 to 15 hours a week.
